On August 23rd, the company decided to carry out regular team building activities. I originally had the attitude of "just going through the motions," but after it ended, all I could think was "when will the next one be"—after all, being able to eat, chat, and have fun with colleagues is really enjoyable!

Tea Party: Plenty of fruits and snacks, venting and chatting are super stress-relieving

As soon as I arrived at the activity room, I was surprised by the setup on the table! Green grapes and oranges were neatly arranged, and even the cherry tomatoes had their stems removed; there were also plenty of meon seeds and drinks, making everyone exclaim how happy they were.

After everyone found their seats, they initially maintained a "colleague demeanor," but then the deputy general manager took the lead in venting about work pressures. As they vented, the topic drifted to life—someone said they recently found a super delicious spicy hot pot restaurant, someone shared interesting stories about raising cats, and even the usually quiet guy from the technical department talked about his weekend mountain climbing experience.

I thought talking about pressures would be heavy, but in the sweet scent of fruits and laughter, those annoying things at work seemed to lighten up. By the end of the meal, everyone's plates were empty, but they couldn't stop chatting. Even the colleague in charge of purchasing said with smail: "We need to prepare more food next time."

As soon as the tea party ended, everyone urged to start the games. The first one was "Who is the Undercover," which made everyone laugh non-stop.

In one round, the civilian word was "electric bike" and the undercover word was "motorcycle." In the first few rounds, everyone said things like "very common on the street" and "can be ridden," with no flaws. But our undercover, Sister Nina, accurately guessed the civilian word based on others' descriptions and started her performance. In the end, she successfully avoided everyone's suspicion and became the final winner.

During the award presentation, the host took out the prize—a cute handheld small fan that can bring a trace of coolness in the sweltering summer. When Nina took the prize, she said with smail: "I was just playing around, didn't expect there to be a prize. I'll come to the next game too!"

Everyone gathered around to take photos, and it was as lively as a festival.

On the way home, I was still chatting with colleagues about today's interesting things, and I also remembered how everyone vented and then encouraged each other at the tea party. It turns out that team building is not a "formality," but can really make everyone let go of work tensions, chat and play well.The team building activity was well-received by everyone.
