On the last Saturday of August, the company's second-phase team building activity turned out to be flower arranging! As soon as I entered the activity room, I was surrounded by colorful bouquets and green leaves, and the fragrance of flowers instantly dispelled the fatigue of the workweek.

This time was super special — President Iris invited an instructor from Brazil's "March School" to guide us online. I thought it would be very complicated, but the instructor put us at ease with one sentence: "No need to be neat; just be as casual as growing in the wild." We learned some tips along the way: cutting the flower stems at a 45-degree angle makes them easier to arrange, letting eucalyptus leaves hang down a bit looks more lively. Even those without any foundation dared to give it a try.

There was a little mishap when I was doing it myself: the first eustoma was inserted crookedly and almost broken, but fortunately, a colleague handed me scissors to save the day. Later, I simply followed my feelings, using thin-leaf liriope to wrap around the main flowers, and surprisingly, it looked decent. Looking up, everyone's works had their own styles. No one was hesitant about "whether it looks good or not"; there was only the joy of flower arranging.

At the end of the activity, everyone took their own flowers home. Walking with my "little achievement" on the way, even my steps felt lighter. It turns out that flower arranging is not just for fun, but also a slow process to relieve stress. I'm already looking forward to the next team building!
